Partners have long history in the world of professional services.  With extensive experience working for Big 4 Audit and Advisory firm, TBL has a wealth of experience gained from practice development, consulting delivery and direct marketing. During the tenure, they have been pioneers in taking innovative steps to grow market-share for the company’s clients.

TBL has helped clients address a wealth of issues:

    • Turn around a poorly run, loss making $600 million company to $35 million net profit in 24 months
    • Helped several mid-size pre-ipo and post-ipo companies grow
    • Transform failing business units through cost improvement, shared services, outsourcing and identifying new market opportunities

  • 2007

    started as a small service firm

    Twenty (20) years is a long-time in a professional service industry. With the economic change, we saw opportunity to combine core corporate finance and accounting, ERP and CRM skills into a turnkey effort. We started The Business Labs with a singular focus on transforming mid-size companies that wants to grow. We had no idea how far we would go, we weren’t even sure that we would be able to survive for a few years. What drove us to start the company was the understanding that we could provide a service no one else was providing.

    first employees

    This was the first period when Consulting WP actually felt like it would stick around for a while. We realized we were growing more stable and expanding at the same time. We needed a new office as we had severely outgrown the last one. We started scouting for a new location.

    We have grown. We expanded to areas to make transformation more effective in lesser time. We have embraced newer automation technologies and have ensured that our clients receive cutting edge tools and results. We started to teach other professional services firms especially CPAs to get into Business Transformation consulting. The market opportunity is local for us to service. CPA firms can now directly engage with us to service their clients. They can also use or DYI products and tool-kits to exploit the ways of promoting CPA business and expand into other areas. Our mission to help companies grow at the lowest cost has not changed since inception.
